YE5 series ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are based on the newly developed fully enclosed self-fan air-cooled squirrel cage ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors in GB18617-2020. The efficiency index of this series of motors reaches the level 1 energy efficiency grade in China's GB18613-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors", conforms to IE5 in the IEC60034-30 energy efficiency grade, and is at the same level as the current NEMA ultra-high efficiency grade in the United States. Compared with YE3/YE4 series YE5 high-efficiency motors, it is more energy-saving, low-carbon and environmentally friendly. The installation size, level 1 energy efficiency rating and ordinary motor are exactly the same, in line with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60072-1 standards can be directly replaced to achieve the purpose of energy saving, power saving, easy to market. H160 and above motors with high center can be equipped with non-stop oil injection and drainage devices, and space is reserved for installing thermistors and moisture-proof heating tapes, which is convenient for users to choose.
