Product overview
YE3YE4 series-special motor for vertical multistage pump is a new product developed on the basis of CDL stainless steel vertical multistage pump. The design of the product is novel and beautiful. The protection grade of the motor reaches IP55, F-level insulation, and the energy-saving efficiency can reach the international E3 standard, which is China's level 2 energy efficiency. It is an ideal energy-saving product. And it has the characteristics of large starting torque, low noise, low vibration, reasonable structure and convenient application. The motor efficiency index conforms to grade 3 or grade 2 in GB/18613-2020 "energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade of small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors. YE3 series-Gran aluminum shell three-phase asynchronous motor, in order to better solve the problem of large torque, low vibration and low noise, the front flange and rear end cover are all made of cast iron, which can meet the operating conditions of the water pump.Category:

YE3 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are based on GB/T28575-2012's newly developed fully enclosed self-fan air-cooled squirrel cage ultra-high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors. The efficiency index of this series of motors reaches the level 3 energy efficiency grade in China's GB18613-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors", conforms to IE3 in the energy efficiency grade in IEC60034-30, and is at the same level as the current US NEMA ultra-efficiency. Compared with YE2 series, YE3 series high-efficiency motors are more energy-saving, low-carbon and environmentally friendly. The installation size, power level and ordinary motor are exactly the same, in line with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60072-1 standards can be directly replaced to achieve the purpose of energy saving, power saving, easy to market. H160 and above motors with high center can be equipped with non-stop oil injection and drainage devices, and space is reserved for installing thermistors and moisture-proof heating tapes, which is convenient for users to choose. The series motor power range: 0.75KW-315KW; frame center height: H80-H355.
