YDT Series Pole-changing Multi-speed Three-phase Asynchronous Motor
Product overview
YDT series motors are converted into variable pole multi-speed three-phase asynchronous motors for fans and pumps. They are derived products of Y series motors. The design of this series of motors is novel, and the torque decreasing characteristic is quadratic according to the load of fans and pumps: the power of the motor is proportional to the third power of the rotating speed, and the torque is proportional to the square of the rotating speed. According to the matching requirements of the rotating speed, the corresponding power is reasonably matched, thus saving a lot of energy and measuring the ideal power of the fan load type. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, light industry, construction and civil facilities and other departments. The installation size of YDT series motors is the same as that of Y series motors, and the protection level is P44. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, good insulation performance, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. YDT series motors comply with international IEC standards, and the main technical tenders have reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad. YE3 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are based on GB/T28575-2012's newly developed fully enclosed self-fan air-cooled squirrel cage ultra-high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors. The efficiency index of this series of motors reaches the level 3 energy efficiency grade in China's GB18613-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors", conforms to IE3 in the energy efficiency grade in IEC60034-30, and is at the same level as the current US NEMA ultra-efficiency. Compared with YE2 series, YE3 series high-efficiency motors are more energy-saving, low-carbon and environmentally friendly. The installation size, power level and ordinary motor are exactly the same, in line with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60072-1 standards can be directly replaced to achieve the purpose of energy saving, power saving, easy to market. H160 and above motors with high center can be equipped with non-stop oil injection and drainage devices, and space is reserved for installing thermistors and moisture-proof heating tapes, which is convenient for users to choose. The series motor power range: 0.75KW-315KW; frame center height: H80-H355.

Product overview
YE4 series ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a high-efficiency new upgraded product independently developed by our company. Its efficiency meets the energy efficiency standard of GB 18613-2020 and meets the EC60034-30-1IE4 efficiency index. The installation size conforms to IEC standard and national standard, and customers can realize fast switching. YE4 series motors have the characteristics of beautiful appearance, low loss, low voice, low vibration, safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance.

The efficiency index of this series of motors reaches the level 1 energy efficiency grade in China's GB18613-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors", conforms to IE5 in the IEC60034-30 energy efficiency grade, and is at the same level as the current NEMA ultra-high efficiency grade in the United States. Compared with YE3/YE4 series YE5 high-efficiency motors, it is more energy-saving, low-carbon and environmentally friendly.
